We make it easy for you to order.
You may order by fax, email or phone.
We even provide a $2 discount on most emailed or faxed orders. If you are new to us, we request that you pay your first order by credit card (Hospitals, Family Health Teams and many organizations are exempt from this - please call if you have any questions.) Once established you will be entitled to thirty days free credit - pay after you have received your orders. In most cases product returns or exchange require only a phone call or email to let us know what you might be returning. We request that instruments be wrapped so that they are protected during transit. We do have just the one small retail location - but we will do everything we can to make sure your order is delivered safely to your door. We do have a showroom where we are able to display equipment - please feel free to call for an appointment.
FAQ: free shipping, minimum orders, etc.
We provide free shipping on most orders over $100. Most orders under $100 are charged a small shipping and handling fee of $10 or slightly more for heavy, bulky or difficult to ship orders.
Back-orders are almost always shipped free of charge.
We request that you try to meet our minimum order of $50, but in urgent situations please call and we will see what is possible.
The majority of our orders are shipped within one day by expedited post. Delivery varies from one to five business days to most places in Canada. You can visit www.canadapost.ca for more details.
If you require more urgent delivery, please inform us of your needs when you place the order. Expedited parcel is not a guaranteed service.
If you are not 100% happy with your order, please contact us.
PRICE MATCHING - In those rare occasions when our prices are not the lowest, we will endeavour to match whatever deal you have found. There are some exclusions and exceptions.
How to Return Goods
At Quality FootCare, we make it easy for you to return products.
The most important information we require is your contact info and what you are requesting (replacement, credit, refund, etc. included with your return). The original invoice number is nice but not required. The pdf file (Return Merchandise Form) that can be found below makes it very easy to return merchandise without the bother of getting an RMA or RGA number.
